Simone Van Taylor seeks to understand human behavior and persuasion by studying social neuroscience and media systems. Currently, she is Harmony Labs' inaugural Research Network Program Associate, a job that entails her two favorite things: collaborating with academics across disciplines, and learning about new scientific discoveries every day. Previously, Simone worked at an ER, a social neuroscience lab at NYU, and an applied-neuroscience startup. When not geeking out over scientific insights, Simone can be found hitting the courts with her shuffleboard team, walking puppies around Prospect Park, and conducting an ongoing study of NYC’s best fried chicken.
